The Beyond Cars Film Festival showcases independent films from all over the world that focus on alternative modes of transport and our relationship with cars.
The BCFF wants to offer a space to reflect on society’s reliance on cars by showcasing films that explore alternative modes of transportation and the cultural, environmental, and social impacts of car use, highlighting how deeply embedded cars are in our daily lives and environments, and how heavily they shape our worldview, habits, and urban landscapes
Through a combination of screenings, workshops and discussions, the festival aims to engage the community, inspire conversations, and provide a stage for independent and emerging filmmakers.
